Delivery

POSTAGE ON ALL ORDERS TO ENGLAND, WALES, NORTHERN IRELAND AND MAINLAND SCOTLAND IS FREE.

A surcharge of £5.99 is added for all items ordered and sent to Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands.

Goods will be dispatched via Royal Mail and delivered within 3-7 working days. Heavier parcels will go by Parcel Force.

Postage to EU countries is £8.95 via Royal Mail and will be dispatched and delivered within 3-7 working days.

Postage to the USA and Canada is £12.99 via Royal Mail and will be dispatched and delivered within 4-10 working days.

Orders paid for by cheque will be held for 7 working days to await clearance. Payment can only be accepted in sterling.

Shruti Designs will endeavour to dispatch products within the said dispatch times, and in the vast majority of cases, we will dispatch earlier than the allotted time. This is subject to stock availability and security checks.

We will endeavour to meet estimated dispatch times on all orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following working day. This excludes weekends and public holidays. For example, an order placed at 4pm on a Friday will not be processed for dispatch until the following Monday.

During busy seasonal times of year (e.g. Valentine's Day, Father's Day, and particularly at Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details in the unlikely event that you'll need to allow extra time for delivery.
